Research interests are focused on insect neurohormones, Receptors, Bioactive peptides, Receptor-i, RNAi, and Chemical ecology for Arthropod pests.

Insect neuropeptides (NPs), G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), and receptor interference (Receptor-i) to identify bioactive peptides.
Development of RNA inference (RNAi)-based insecticide to protect small fruits and nursery crops.
Identification of semiochemicals including insect pheromones and biosynthetic pathway, and application to pest management.
Functional diversity and evolution of NPs & GPCRs from invertebrates to mammals.
