The following PhD and MS students are researching methods to improve landscape environmental and economic sustainability. Topics include pest management, ecosystem services (like pollinator habitat, carbon sequestration, reducing nutrient leaching and mitigating heat island effect), drought tolerant plant selection and plant breeding to improve germination and establishment.
