We have a staff of thirty-nine in season and fifteen in the winter. We strongly believe in promoting from within the organization whenever possible.

OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to normal maintenance students will be involved in and learn through weekly seminars: budget planning, purchasing and record keeping, human resource management, disease recognition through microscopic identification, chemical and fertilizer planning, calibration and application, inventory mgmt, equipment maintenance and repair, irrigation maintenance, repair and scheduling, regulatory mandates and compliance, IPM techniques and scouting, soil and tissue testing, and attend a special RCC seminar, "What They Do Not Teach You At Turf School."

SALARY

$12.50 / Hour + Bonus
Overtime: Time and a half
